We currently offer shipping to mainland UK – England, Wales and Scotland excluding HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV (all postcodes), KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE (all postcodes). Our ‘Standard Shipping’ charge is £1.99 for orders less than £50. For orders greater than £50, delivery is free of charge. If you would like an item(s) of ours shipping somewhere that isn’t listed above, please contact info@myhouseandhome.co.uk.
All items excluding furniture are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers such as DPD & UPS. All furniture items are delivered by a specialist handling company. The specialist handling company will contact you directly to arrange delivery. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Please note we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for the item(s) that you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
If in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed, please email info@myhouseandhome.co.uk and we will contact the courier on your behalf.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number and link for your parcel.
M O D I F Y O R C A N C E L
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
